Summer is the best time to drink cold smoothies, so check out her yummy recipe to enjoy during these hot steamy days. The fun thing about smoothies is that you can tailor them to your own personal tastes and preferences, making them sweeter and adjusting the temperature and ingredients to suit your digestion and health needs.

This smoothie is not very sweet. That’s better for your brain, but if you need it sweeter, add more ripe banana or unsweetened applesauce.
